The real thing
This replaced my usual order from a local roaster. Deep, clean, zero bitterness if you don't overdo the temperature.

Ordered on Monday, brewing by Thursday. The roast date on the bag is not marketing — you can taste the difference.

Very good, tiny gripe
Quality is there. Delivery took a day longer than promised, hence four stars.

Okay for the price
Good, but not life-changing. Fair for the price, probably not reordering.

Q: Can I add a personal note to the box?
A: There's a note field at checkout — we hand-write it on the card, no charge.
