Almost perfect
Very happy overall — instructions could be a little clearer for beginners.

New daily ritual
This replaced my usual order from a local roaster. Deep, clean, zero bitterness if you don't overdo the temperature.

Exactly as promised
Ordered on Monday, brewing by Thursday. The roast date on the bag is not marketing — you can taste the difference.

Q: Is this suitable for a moka pot, or espresso machines only?
A: Works great in a moka pot — grind slightly coarser than for a machine. It was actually developed on one.

Q: Whole bean only, or can I order it ground?
A: Whole bean by default; leave a note at checkout with your brewer and we grind to match, free.
