Free-shipping threshold is calculated on the subtotal after any promo code. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Coffee is perishable, so opened bags are only eligible if the beans arrived damaged or stale — reach out and we will make it right.
Open your account and select the order, or email us with your order number. We send a prepaid label; refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel arriving back at the roastery.
